DC Leh reviews progress on JJM works in Leh district.

Leh: Deputy Commissioner (DC), Leh/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), LAHDC Leh, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse today convened a meeting to review the ongoing Jal Jeevan Mission Scheme in Leh district with concerned officers of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department.

The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Leh, Tsewang Gyaltson; Superintending Engineer (SE), PHE, Leh, Pardeep Kumar, and executive engineers (XENs) of different wings of the PHE Department.  

DC Leh Balasaheb Suse reviewed sub-division wise completion of work under the JJM scheme in different villages of Leh district. He also directed the concerned officials to constitute a DPR Appraisal Committee and reiterated to complete the ongoing work at the earliest. He also directed the officials to expedite and complete the tendering process.
